This agreement governs the explicit consent of Time Towins platform members to receive commercial electronic messages. This consent is entirely optional; declining will not restrict your access to platform services.

By granting consent, you agree to potentially receive the following content via email:

• Special campaigns, promotions, and discount notifications
• New game and feature announcements
• Monthly profit share and reward reminders
• Platform-exclusive events and competition notifications
• Newly added tasks and referral opportunities

Only the email address you provided at registration will be used for marketing communications. This data:

• Will never be shared with any third parties or organizations
• Is processed exclusively within Time Towins
• Is processed in accordance with applicable electronic communications legislation

You may withdraw this consent at any time, without providing any reason:

• In-app: Go to Settings → Notifications → Turn off the Marketing Consent toggle
• Via email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
• Via support ticket: Contact us through the in-app support section

Your withdrawal request will be processed within 3 business days.

If you provide this consent, your approval will be recorded in our system with the following information:

• Date and time of consent
• Agreement version
• User account that provided consent

These records are retained as required by applicable law.
